Double departure at Cobra

Steve Burrows

Cobra Network managing director John Lincoln and Cobra Insurance Brokers managing director Mark Zandler have both left the company.

It is not yet known why they have left the network.

It comes less than two months after Cobra struck a deal with Alto Intermediary Group over the sale of the network.

Alto was formed by Stephen Burrows, Cobra chief executive, for the specific purpose of making the offer.

The takeover deadline was extended five times before the deal was completed.
