Cobra Network director David Truman placed on gardening leave
Cobra Network director David Truman has been placed on gardening leave following its acquisition by Alto Intermediary Group.
Mr Truman is the latest senior departure to be confirmed following the news that John Lincoln and Mark Zandler had left the business.
In a communication sent to Cobra's members, chief executive (CEO) Steve Burrows said that Mr Truman had "decided not to be part of our plans going forward".
Mr Burrows wrote: "Following the recent purchase of Cobra by Alto Intermediary Group Ltd, the senior management team of Cobra Network Ltd is being restructured to take the business into an exciting new phase.
