Man behaving badly: Clunes dropped from Churchill ads
Men Behaving Badly star Martin Clunes will no longer front Churchill Insurance's television adverts after the actor was suspended from driving.
According to newspaper reports the decision came after the 50-year-old actor racked up 12 points on his license for four speeding offences and was subsequently banned from getting behind the wheel.
A Churchill spokesman confirmed: "Churchill Insurance currently has no adverts with Martin Clunes on air and will be moving forward with new advertising in the new year."
Mr Clunes has featured in Churchill's adverts alongside the car insurance provider's trademark dog since December 2011.
