Professionalism: Insurance Age throws down the gauntlet

Today on Insurance Age we have launched the latest section of our Professionalism campaign to turn up the heat on insurers and challenge them to prove they deliver on what they say they believe.

As Axa's chief executive of Commercial Lines and Personal Intermediary Amanda Blanc admits: "There comes a time when we have to put our money, or our actions, where our mouths are," adding: "It is fine to talk a good game around Professionalism but what we all do in practice is the real acid test."
