RSA's Lee and Brown enjoy pay rises in 2013

RSA group CEO Simon Lee's base salary has increased by 3%, to £824,000 from £800,000.

Adrian Brown, chief executive for the UK and Western Europe, will enjoy a 2% pay rise, taking his earnings to a basic rate of £484,500, up from £475,000 in 2012.

Both pay rises took effect on 1 April 2013. 

Mr Lee’s total remuneration in 2012 was £1.5m, including a cash bonus of £247,000, while Mr Brown’s 2012 remuneration totalled £871,000.
