Ageas Insurance Solutions moves on to CDL’s Strata
Ageas Insurance Services (AIS) has moved Auto Direct over to the CDL Strata operating platform and rebranded the motor insurance brand’s website.
The personal lines broker had been using CDL's Classic platform for a number of years and stated that the decision to move to the Strata platform was partly driven by a desire to provide Auto Direct customers with the ability to fully self-service their insurance policies.
The Strata platform provides customers with their own self-service portal where they can make mid-term changes to policies and where all policy documentation is stored.
AIS is the first CDL broker to utilise the document
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
