Compass strikes three-year £20m deal with Ageas

John Lincoln

Compass Broker Services has struck a three-year "strategic agreement" with Ageas UK Insurance worth an expected £20m covering both personal and commercial lines.

The new Giles-owned broker proposition from Ink Underwriting - which was launched in January this year - contains networks Westinsure, Select and Eden.

According to Compass and Ageas, there are "significant opportunities" to develop in niche market areas.

And Compass MD John Lincoln said: "In a highly competitive market we were particularly impressed by the work Ageas have done to differentiate themselves and we are pleased that over 200 brokers in our networks will benefit from this arrangement
