QBE promotes new financial lines chief
QBE has appointed Simon Quinn as underwriting manager for its professional and financial lines (PFL) national practice.
Quinn will take up the role on 1 September moving across from his current position as underwriting manager for professional indemnity in QBE's Dublin office.
He will report to Jill Stewart, head of PFL business development, and be tasked with managing the PFL business through QBE's UK and Ireland network.
Stewart commented: "I am delighted that Simon is taking on this role.
"He will focus on maintaining strong underwriting discipline as he works with our specialists nationally to profitably grow
