Keelan Westall creates specialist broking team
Keelan Westall has set up a new specialist broking team to take control of the firm's non-standard commercial and residential property business.
Risks covered by the non-standard division include commercial office buildings, retail shops, industrial sites, recycling facilities, government buildings and embassies.
The new team will be headed up by Tom Wilson and Chris Mead.
And Wayne Tonge, Keelan Westall's managing director, explained: "We have seen a rapid rise in the number of brokers approaching us with non-standard property risks over the past two years.
