Axa boosts Bristol fleet team

Axa commercial lines and personal intermediary has expanded its team in Bristol with the creation of a new role.

The provider has appointed Jamie Colton as trading fleet underwriter for the branch.

Colton joins from Equity Red Star, where he was commercial fleet underwriter for the South West region.

Axa stated that his appointment was part of the company’s regional growth strategy to build its underwriting teams and “increase face to face contact with its regional brokers”.

Ian Grundy, Axa Bristol sales manager, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Jamie on board."
