Allianz brings RSA's Shepherd into its flock
Allianz Commercial has named former RSA director Mark Shepherd as regional underwriting manager in its London branch.
Shepherd - who was previously regional director for London and East Anglia at RSA - will have overall accountability for the profitability and development of Allianz's regional property and casualty account.
The insurer said he would work closely with motor underwriting manager John O'Connor and London market manager Martyn Davenport. Shepherd will also help develop Allianz's mid-corporate offering.
