Axa tops Brokerbility survey for 10th consecutive time

Axa has once again topped Brokerbility’s insurer performance survey.

This is the tenth time in a row that the provider has claimed top spot in Brokerbility’s bi-annual survey.

When asked how satisfactory an insurer’s overall service was on a scale of one to 10, with one being the best, 82.8% of Brokerbility members surveyed deemed Axa the pick of the bunch.

RSA came second with 77.8%, while Allianz scooped third with 76.8%.

Aviva came last for the second time in a row in eighth place, with only 72.3% of respondents viewing the insurer’s service worthy of a one
