Zurich to cut over 100 jobs as it moves claims roles to Endsleigh

Personal lines MD John Dyke to leave as provider restructures division.

Zurich is to cut 121 jobs by transferring its UK personal lines motor and property claims handling teams to its Cheltenham-based subsidiary Endsleigh.

Of the total, 94 staff will be cut at the provider’s Whitely personal lines base, with the remaining 27 roles cut from its Glasgow operation.

The changes are expected to take place from March 2014 onwards.
