Aon announces sale of Footman James to Towergate
Towergate confirmed last month that it was in "advanced discussions" for the broker.
Aon Risk Solutions has confirmed the sale of classic car and motorcycle broker Footman James to Towergate.
Aon confirmed that the disposal would allow it to "concentrate on its single-brand strategy and core strategic offering" of risk management and insurance brokerage.
It has been confirmed that all employees will transfer to Towergate under TUPE regulations.
Last month, Towergate announced it was in "advanced discussions" with Aon for the specialist offering.
