The Undercover Insurer Episode Three: Ian McManus, head of personal lines broker at Zurich Insurance, visits Coast
Zurich's head of personal lines broker, Ian McManus, has gone undercover to quiz the staff of niche specialist broker Coast.
Only Coast's director, Robert Tuke, knew the real purpose of Ian's visit as he posed as an independent consultant shooting a corporate video.
Originally launched as Park Home Insurance Services and re-branded in 2010, the family-run Sussex-based broker Coast has established itself over the last two decades as an expert provider of park home, motorhome and caravan insurance.
In his investigation Mr McManus quizzed a selection of staff about their relationships with insurers, market competition
