Broking director pays tribute to "outstanding candidates".
Finch Commercial Insurance Brokers has completed a trio of management promotions.
The broker - which boasts offices in Reading and Basingstoke - confirmed the in-house promotions of Graham Ash, private clients, Stewart Pease, business development and Barry Davies, commercial, to lead their respective teams.
