CII welcomes focus on professionalism after IBSC launch
Institute offers open door for talks.
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has responded to the launch of the Insurance Brokers Standards Council (IBSC) by "warmly" welcoming "the initiative by practising brokers".
"Any initiative that seeks to improve standards in the public interest is a good thing," confirmed a spokesperson for the CII.
"We have an open door to talk with them about the concerns they have raised thus far and that will continue."
