Biba looks to follow ABI's personal injury stance
Trade body set to listen to members' wishes.
The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) is looking to follow the Association of British Insurers' (ABI) personal injury code of conduct.
Yesterday the ABI launched a code of practice in a bid to ensure that the interests of customers with a personal injury claim are protected.
And Biba executive director Graeme Trudgill - who voiced his support for the code - has set out the trade body's own stance.
