FCA to investigate commercial claims

Regulator reveals series of planned reviews in new business plan.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced plans to investigate commercial claims.

In its 2014/2015 business plan, the regulator revealed that it intends to conduct several new thematic reviews throughout the next 12 months.

The commercial claims review is expected to begin in the third quarter of this year.
