NIG consulting over UK job losses

Commercial provider is considering proposals to move operations to India.

NIG is likely to cut 30 roles in its UK operations, sister title Post has reported.

The commercial provider has entered into consultation with staff over proposals to move non-broker facing processes to India.

The jobs are likely to be lost at the company’s e-trading centre in Peterborough and its underwriting centres in Manchester and Bristol.
