FCA publishes claims thematic review in full
Regulator revealed initial findings in April of review into household and travel insurance claims handling.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published its thematic review on household and travel insurance claims handling and repeated that 64% of policyholders who made claims were satisfied with the service they received.
The initial results were revealed by chief executive of the FCA, Martin Wheatley in April. At the time the regulator described the findings as "broadly positive" and recommended no rule changes were needed.
