Chris Hanks takes up NED role at Open GI and PowerPlace
Technology firm's CEO says appointment will help drive distribution opportunities.
Chris Hanks has joined the main board of Open GI and PowerPlace as a non-executive director.
He takes up the position with immediate effect.
