Centor leader says award was perfect opportunity to give Tracey Ives due credit for her contribution to the business.

It was a double celebration at the 2013 UK Broker Awards for Centor Insurance & Risk Management as they scooped the coveted Commercial Lines Broker of the Year Award and cheered accounts boss Tracey Ives to the inaugural Unsung Hero Award.

For Tracey winning the Unsung Hero Award was an emotional experience - and there is still time to nominate a colleague for this year's event.

She didn't know she had been nominated but was invited to the awards ceremony for the huge part she played in ensuring
