Adelaide Insurance to rebrand in bid to tackle UK market

Northern Irish broker will take on owner's name.

Adelaide Insurance Services is rebranding as Cornmarket Insurance Services, Insurance Age can reveal.

The Northern Ireland-based broker, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cornmarket Financial Services, will begin operating under its new name on 18 September 2014.

Lewis Murray, general manager at the firm, told Insurance Age that the move was about Adelaide “combining forces” with its owner.

“We have some ideas about using our combined strengths to tackle the UK market,” he said.
