Watchdog to examine financial promotions on digital platforms.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has launched a consultation intended to clarify its approach to the supervision of financial promotions in social media.

The regulator said it was aware that companies were increasingly using digital media for customer communications and financial promotions.
