Aon boss says restructure could lead to office openings
Regional lines redrawn as Aon seeks to grow.
Aon has confirmed that there will not be any job losses as part of its regional restructure announced yesterday which has seen its area numbers reduce from five to four.
Managing director, Steve Redgwell, told Insurance Age that there would be no reduction in staff numbers and that he hoped the changes would help the broker to grow and expand into new areas and work more as a national business.
