James Hallam sells IFA arm
Somerville Financial Services picks up broker’s financial services operation.
James Hallam has sold its independent financial advice business to Somerville Financial Services for an undisclosed sum.
The broker revealed that the sale took place on 8 August this year.
Paul Anscombe, managing director of James Hallam, said it was a strategic decision as he wanted the business to focus on general broking and other specialist sectors.
