County buys Clement Gallagher
Merseyside broker bought after 46 years in business.
Clement Gallagher & Co the Liverpool based broker has been taken over by County Insurance for an undisclosed sum.
The £1.25m premium company have become part of the County Group which now has seven branches, after recent acquisitions.
The company also bought Safe & Sound Insurance Centre in July.
The purchase means Clement Gallagher's branch will be relocated to Southport, with the new owners claiming this will benefit the company by being closer to other County Insurance branches and access to
