LV restructures claims team
Provider makes three senior appointments.
LV has promoted Caroline Johnson to head of motor third party and technical services, appointed Mike Hall as head of property and liability claims and made David Butcher claims strategic development manager in a restructure of its claims team.
In her new role, Johnson will be responsible for the technical claims teams, as well as the motor third party claims department.
Hall has stepped in to a new role for the insurer and will have responsibility for all of the property claims teams
