Allianz region created to help access for brokers
Insurer's new central and east region worth £100m in GWP.
Allianz has confirmed it created the central and east region to aid and speed up broker access to decision-makers at the insurer.
The company has extracted the Luton and Chelmsford areas, which were formerly part of the London region, in a move aimed at helping both regions to grow.
Andrew Broughton, director of commercial broker markets, Allianz Commercial, exclusively told Insurance Age: "The central and east region gives brokers more exposure to executive managers and gives them more resource
