Biba gives evidence on Insurance Bill

Body presented its views to a House of Lords special public bill committee.

The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has given evidence to a House of Lords special public bill committee considering the Insurance Bill.

The body strongly supports the bill which was introduced by the government with the aim of updating the 100-year-old rules governing contracts between businesses and insurers.
