Beaumonts to rebrand as Jelf Beaumonts
Alway anticipates smooth integration and describes aquisition pipeline as "healthy".
Leeds-based Beaumonts, which has been acquired by Jelf, is to be rebranded at Jelf Beaumonts.
Alex Alway, Jelf chief executive, told Insurance Age that the "Beaumonts brand will stay" and added: "It is still a distinct business in its own right."
Beaumonts has a GWP of around £45m. "Now we have that combined with £300m insurance GWP, £140m healthcare and our broker network Purple has £20m," Alway revealed.
