Heads of sales and claims leave Das
Provider's restructure impacts claims and HR departments.
Das has restructured its claims and human resources team leading to the departure of chief claims officer Richard Harris, Insurance Age can reveal.
The specialist legal expenses insurer explained that a more focused role of group claims manager will be introduced and that all learning and development will be centralised under a new head of people role that will also assume accountability for all aspects of HR.
Accordingly, Harris has taken redundancy from the provider as his role no longer
