Clear acquires JH Hibbert
Deal moves Clear Insurance Management to £60m premium.
Clear Insurance Management has acquired insurance broker JH Hibbert for an undisclosed sum.
Under the deal, the four members of the north London-based JH Hibbert team have made the move to Clear Insurance Management based at Great Tower Street in London. The team will continue to be led by managing director Geoff Beaver.
