CMA may extend transparency deadline for no-claims bonus
The body is currently consulting following responses to its January draft order.
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is consulting on whether to extend the deadline for the provision of better information on the costs and benefits of no-claims bonus protection for consumers.
The body is considering moving the date by which insurers must provide greater transparency from September 2015 to August 2016.
It is currently inviting comments on a modified draft order until 9 March and will aim to publish the final order later this month.
