Former RSA Ireland CEO 'blames decisions on colleagues'
Philip Smith will put forward case for constructive dismissal at tribunal this week.
Philip Smith, the former RSA Ireland chief executive blamed some of his decisions on colleagues in an eight-page resignation letter according to the Irish Independent.
He also claimed to have been constructively dismissed by the insurer and made the fall guy for the provider's problems.
The case is due to be heard by an Employment Appeals Tribunal in Ireland this week. Insurance Age reported in January on Smith's plans to take the matter to a tribunal.
