Brightside tipped to lead the hunt for Autonet
Bristol-based broker linked with van specialist.
Brightside is interested in buying all or part of Autonet, Insurance Age understands.
According to market sources there have been discussions about a potential deal however Insurance Age further understands that Brightside is only one of several possible suitors for the Stoke-based firm.
Autonet declined to comment while Brightside was unavailable for comment at the time of publication.
Initially, one market expert had predicted the deal could be announced ahead of the British Insurance Brokers'
