Court documents: David Ross denies Gallagher claims
Document gives details of Ross's defence in regard to the alleged "team move" and acquisition accusations.
David Ross' defence document in the case brought by Arthur J Gallagher has countered the allegations in the Particulars of Claim set out last month.
The case, first revealed by Insurance Age in March this year, also involves former CFO Mark Mugge and external adviser Chris Keey and is set to be heard this July.
In the defence document obtained from the High Court of Justice, Queen's Bench division by Insurance Age, Ross denies the claims of organising a team move from Gallagher to Highbridge
