Court documents: Gallagher responds to Mugge
Broker claims Mugge was aware of the likelihood of surveillance.
Arthur J Gallagher's American parent company ordered surveillance to be carried out on Mark Mugge according to a counterclaim defence document filed at the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court.
It is in response to the claims made by Mugge regarding the consolidator's case against him and his two co-defendants David Ross and Christopher Keey.
