Broker revenue and half-year profit up at Gallagher
Acquisition integration costs hit $22.4m for the quarter and $43.2m for the half-year.
Arthur J Gallagher has reported half-year company revenues of $2.6bn [£1.67bn], an increase of 24% on the same period of 2014.
Profits were up at $161.2m (H1 2014: $158.3m) of which $135.8m came from the broking arm.
The brokerage segment also saw a rise in revenues of 26% for the six month period to $1.64bn.
For the second quarter alone broking revenues were $885.6m and profit was $99.1m, rises of 20% and 12% respectively.
