Gallagher vows to work with KPMG on skilled person review

KPMG appointed to lead 166 skilled person review into Gallagher.

KPMG has been appointed to undertake a 166 skilled person review into Arthur J Gallagher.

In its results for the first quarter of 2015 Gallagher confirmed that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) was seeking the review.

The group's latest set of quarterly results revealed that KPMG has been appointed to assess the risk and control framework for the broker's UK regulated entities.

Gallagher pledged in its second quarter filing to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission:
