Sterling and Walmsley launch scheme for handcrafted goods

Craftcover.com will provide public and product liability for businesses making such items.

Sterling Insurance Group has created a specialist insurance scheme with Walmsleys Commercial Insurance Brokers (WCIB) for businesses that produce handcrafted goods.

The high net worth and commercial SME insurance specialist said the scheme is called Craftcover.com and covers policyholders against legal liability arising from injury or damage stemming from their business activities or products.

The basic cover comprises public and products liability and according to Sterling it is the only policy
