Grahame Chilton sets out five-year strategy for Gallagher
The CEO of the international brokerage division says restoring stability was one of his first tasks.
People often talk about the first 100 days of a prime minister or president's reign but Grahame Chilton mapped out his course within 90 days of taking over as CEO of Arthur J Gallagher's UK-based international brokerage division.
He told Insurance Age that the first 30 days was about discovery, the next 30 involved stabilising the business and then securing the smooth running of the division.
