NFU to cut 85 roles

NFU Mutual confirms job losses as it looks to consolidate its regional service centres.

Rural insurer NFU Mutual has confirmed that it is to cut around 85 jobs from across the business as it seeks to consolidate its nine regional service centres.

NFU advised that Cardiff and Wellingborough would be the only two of the nine regional service centres to close, the remainder will see a reduction of services.

The insurer is proposing to up-weight service at its existing offices in York and Bristol creating specialist ‘centres of excellence' to service motor and personal claims and
