IFED confirms Oliver Little as new lead
Police unit has seized more than £1.3m from insurance fraudsters since 2012.
The City of London Police has appointed Oliver Little as head for the Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department (IFED).
Detective Chief Inspector Little is replacing DCI Angie Rogers, who has left the role after less than 12 months.
According to IFED, DCI Little is looking to build on the specialist police unit's success as it marks its fourth anniversary.
IFED stated that it had investigated tens of millions of pounds worth of bogus claims since its inception and seized or confiscated more than £1
