Gallagher won’t focus on big deals in 2016
CEO says most UK integration is complete and the broker will now only focus on smaller “tuck in” mergers.
Arthur J Gallagher does not have "any big deals on its plate" for 2016 and any acquisition activity will focus on smaller "tuck in" mergers, according to chairman, president and CEO Patrick Gallagher Junior.
He pointed out that the M&A programme has been smaller for the past 18 months and said things would continue in that vein with acquisitions in the $6.5-$7.5m (£4.4-£5.1m) range.
He added: "Most integration aspects are behind us."
Focusing on results for the brokerage Gallagher pointed to 3.6
