Judge to decide on injunction today in Gallagher v Portsoken
The third day of the hearing to take place at the Royal Courts of Justice.
The judge presiding over Arthur J Gallagher's legal proceedings against Alex Skriptchenkov and Portsoken Limited is due to give a decision this afternoon on whether to grant an interim injunction preventing the use of confidential information.
Mrs Justice Slade listened to the second day of the hearing yesterday at the Royal Courts of Justice, which is taking place before a full trial which is expected later this year.
