I recently asked one of the young people in Home & Legacy (H&L) how she would describe working in insurance and her response was "well it's definitely not boring". The insurance world has a great deal to offer young people in terms of an interesting and rewarding career and with an apprenticeship levy on the horizon; access to careers has become an even hotter topic. This focuses the mind not only on strategic investment but people power too.
