Former Simplyhealth employee pleads guilty to fraud by abuse of position following £31,500 commission scam.

An insurance saleswoman has been sentenced for mis-selling large numbers of corporate health plan policies in a £31,500 commission scam.

54-year-old Jacqueline Buckmaster, of Rumney, Cardiff was sentenced to nine months' imprisonment (suspended for two years), ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay back £31,500 in compensation after pleading guilty to fraud by abuse of position at Cardiff Crown Court on Friday 24 June.
