Broker calls for pragmatism from insurers as SSP outage continues
Bollington advises that insurers are recognising the need to be practical and hold cover for brokers as SSP systems remain down.
Insurers must be practical in order to support brokers affected by the SSP outage according to Bollington's Chris Patterson.
The broker told Insurance Age: "It's a case of being as pragmatic as possible to protect the broker and indeed to protect the customer. I think the feedback I'm getting from my guys is that most insurers are recognising that's what it is.
